Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- A ₹200 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount
- Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account or original payment method within 7 business days after product inspection
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must meet all return conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags intact)
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued, valid for 30 days on firstscribble.com
How to Process a Return or Exchange (Self-Shipping)
Currently, reverse pickup is not available.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at care.firstscribble@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Mention your Order Number and specify whether you want a Return (Refund) or Exchange (Size)
- Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it via a reliable courier to:

Damaged or Incorrect Products (Unboxing Video Required)
We follow strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Record an uncut unboxing video as proof

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement
