Damaged Product Reporting
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Replacement & Exchange Policy
Firstscribble offers a 7-Day Replacement & Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

What Is Covered Under Replacement / Exchange?
Our Buyer Protection Program allows replacement or exchange in the following cases:

Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for replacement or exchange:

The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging

All original labels, accessories, and invoice must be intact

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Dispute or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Requests raised after 7 days may not be entertained

Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery are not eligible

Partial returns or partial disputes are not accepted

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products with minor manufacturing variations that do not affect functionality

Slight size variations (up to 5% or 2 cm, whichever is higher)

Products that have been used, altered, or mishandled
Out-of-Stock or Non-Exchangeable Products
If a replacement product is unavailable or cannot be exchanged for a similar item, the amount will be issued as a Firstscribble store coupon or voucher.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup service is currently not available

Customers are required to courier the product back after approval from our support team

Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
Delivery Charges for Returns

Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable

Any applicable delivery charges will be deducted from the issued coupon or voucher

All approved refunds are issued only as Firstscribble store coupons or vouchers

Coupons can be used on any product available on our website

Only one exchange is allowed per order

After one exchange, ₹200 shipping charges will apply for additional requests
