Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • A ₹200 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account or original payment method within 7 business days after product inspection

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must meet all return conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags intact)
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued, valid for 30 days on firstscribble.com

How to Process a Return or Exchange (Self-Shipping)

Currently, reverse pickup is not available.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at care.firstscribble@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Mention your Order Number and specify whether you want a Return (Refund) or Exchange (Size)
  3. Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it via a reliable courier to:

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products (Unboxing Video Required)

We follow strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Record an uncut unboxing video as proof
  • Email the video, product images, and order number to care.firstscribble@gmail.com

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders (Prepaid & COD) can be canceled before shipment by emailing us
  • After Dispatch:
    Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Non-Acceptance of Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color
    (Note: 10–12% color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences)
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (Final Sale – Non-returnable)
