Shipping Policy

At First Scribble, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and seamlessly. Every piece is handled with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed
  • Orders placed on Sundays, National Holidays, or State Holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email and SMS with tracking details

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability. Standard delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

Note: We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes with a nominal convenience fee (shown at checkout)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you can track it in real-time
  • A tracking link will be shared via Email and SMS
  • Use this link to monitor delivery status and updates

5. Missed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Delivery Attempts:
    Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • COD Orders:
    If a COD order is rejected or returned after failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to restrict COD access for future orders
  • Prepaid Orders:
    If returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a ₹150 re-shipping fee will be required for re-dispatch

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, landmark, mobile number, and email ID are entered correctly at checkout.

First Scribble is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport or courier disruptions
  • Regional restrictions or strikes
