How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible using the fastest available shipping option for your location.

Depending on your location, your order may arrive sooner. During peak seasons or unforeseen situations, delivery may take slightly longer. Factors such as distance, weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions may impact delivery timelines and are beyond our control.

Once shipped, tracking details—including the courier partner—will be shared with you.
All orders are insured. In case your package does not arrive, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

Are there any hidden customs fees or taxes?

All prices displayed on firstscribble.com are in INR and include applicable Indian taxes.
There are no hidden charges for domestic orders within India.

In rare cases involving special locations or local regulations, additional charges may be imposed by authorities. Any such charges, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility. Firstscribble is not responsible for delays caused by external regulatory processes.
